How long is the order processing time?
We usually process your order within same 24 hours upon receiving unless we are closed.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by paypal, credit cards or simply paynow (our payment UEN 201508662W). Cash or Nets is also available for in-store purchase.
Shipping fee and delivery
At Cyberstore.sg, we strive to deliver your items at the quickest time possible. We have 4 modes of delivery to best suit your needs. We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the selected service provider. After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies as it is dependent on the mode of postage chosen. Please refer to the following for more information on the approximate time frame needed.
MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL) • REGULAR/ NORMAL MAIL • REGISTERED MAIL • COURIER SERVICE • SELF-COLLECTION PICK UP REGULAR/ NORMAL MAIL The cost of normal postage starts from SGD$1.99/per 500g. All normal parcels will be dispatched via Singpost for mailing. Please allow your parcels 3-5 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for normal parcels is at 500g. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Singpost Registered Mail or Courier instead. As tracking is not available for this, Cyberstore.sg will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage. REGISTERED MAIL The cost of Registered mail starts from SGD $6 for 2kg. The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost Registered Mail. Kindly note that there is a weight limit of 2kg for any Registered Parcel.Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Courier instead. Please allow your parcels 3-5 working days to reach you. Please note that the weight limit for registered parcels is at 2kg. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 1-2 working days once your parcel has been posted/collected by courier. COURIER SERVICE The courier will deliver the parcel within the next 1-3 working days* after it has been processed for delivery. Tracking number will be provided once it is available. SELF-COLLECTION PICK UP Kindly allow 1 working day for us to prepare your item(s) for you. There will be no additional charges when you self-collect at our store. Singpost Non-Registered Mail
Singpost Non-Registered Mail takes between 3-14 working days for delivery. This delivery is beyond our control. We will not be liable for loss, delay or damages caused by Singpost Non-registered Mail. Choose at your own risk! In the event, if your parcel is too big for your mailbox, the postman will leave you a slip for collection at your nearest post office. Do watch out for it and check with your post office. *Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.
Warranty
All product purchases come with a 7-day warranty due to manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, excluding: - Plants and gardening-related items - If the buyer left poor or neutral reviews without contacting us first to resolve the problem on hand - Physical damage to products occurring after items (e.g. scooters, ride-on-toys) have been assembled and used - Loss arising from buyer's misuse, or failure to follow the instructions intended for the item For warranty issues, please email to support@cyberstore.sg.
QC before delivery
All products are not only visually inspected but also subject to functional checks and wrapped with care before delivery.
How do I make an exchange?
For return of defective/incorrect product, customer may return via Singpost/Courier or at our store directly for exchange. You may reach us at +65 81002333 or support@cyberstore.sg if in doubts. Please take a photo of the defective/incorrect items and send us either via whatsapp/email provided above.
Product Packaging
Packaging/Carton Box may be damaged in transit. If you the particular about it, please self-collect to ensure satisfaction.

Image colour variation on screen
There may be slight colour variations between the picture and the product due to camera settings, lighting conditions or device settings use to view the products.
Last piece of product is defective or out of stock
If the last piece of product you order is defective, or we are out of stock, we will contact you for alternative replacements. In the event, if you cannot find any alternative replacement of your choice. We reserve the right to offer you a full refund on the item that is out of stock, plus the shipping fee. If there are more than one products purchased, we will continue to send you the rest of the items ordered. There will be no refund on your shipping fee, except for the price of the out of stock item.
Can I View Your Item Before Purchase
Yes. Please visit us at our physical shop to view our products. You may even discover new products, which have yet to be list on our website store. Please find our address under "contact us". You may make an appointment before dropping by. Alternatively, you may contact us for other arrangements.
Do you offer refunds for shipping fee upon self-collection after paying for shipping
Yes, shipping fee will be refunded for self-collection should you change your mind about getting it delivered. However, you need to notify us before we send it out to you. We usually process your order within 24 hours or less upon payment. If you intend to do self-collection, you may choose self-collect option upon check out.
